Experience
- 10+ years of experience a customer-oriented healthcare or other services business, where the consumer is highly involved in the purchase decision, and the quality of “experience” is of paramount importance (including leadership in experience process improvement).
- Consumer Research & Insights experience, including Advertising Testing (qual/quant), and Concept/New Product evaluations, Marketing Mix Analysis/Attribution, Econometric Modeling, Segmentation, Brand Health Tracking, Customer/Patient satisfaction, etc.
- Experience in a healthcare setting focused on improving quality, safety and customer experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrative track record of deploying programs and tools that have measurable led to improved Computation/Patient satisfaction.
- Be a catalyst of transformation to help drive a system wide, consumer-centric culture of caring.
- Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans for multidisciplinary perspectives.
- Proficiency in team building, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, cost effectiveness and budget management.
- Demonstrated skills in complex analytic problem solving, project management, change management and group process.
