EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related field. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent sales or service support experience including public contact with the producer industry. 
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software programs (Excel, Word and Power Point). 
  • Superior organizational and planning skills including managing projects and business tasks. 
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with all levels of people in an organization. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. 
  • Excellent, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills to function in an autonomous manner in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Excellent time management skills to coordinate high volume of activities.
  • High energy, strong leadership, analytical, project planning and staff motivation/coordination skills to enable efficient, timely task completion of deliverables that exceed expectations. 
  • Self-motivated, tactful and able to make decisions. 
  • PC literate including proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other software programs. 
  • Excellence in Customer Service and sensitivity for working with diverse people at all levels as internal/external clients. 
  • Considerable knowledge of new business sales, service and implementation procedures. 
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: 

Licensed in the areas of Life and Accident & Health. Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the HFHS’ Customer Service Policy and summarized below:
