Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive program to collect data and effectively report information from this data to a variety of customers and end users, including executive leadership, internal customers, the Board of Trustees, System leadership and external oversight/regulatory bodies; generates reports and support comparative database maintenance regarding strategic and operational performance for performance review, operational effectiveness, and improvement efforts; collaborate with clients and leadership to define project goals and objectives, determine information needs, and develop a process to deliver actionable research and recommendations; utilize and apply knowledge of provider analysis, discount/utilization analysis, Facets, IKA, data management, STATA, R Studio, MS Excel, SQL, Gantt Charts, statistical analysis, MS Visio, Google Data Studio, Canva, Piktochart, and QlikView to perform duties; work with internal business customers and cross-disciplinary teams to determine data needs and to enhance the use of customer analytics; collaborate internally to ensure business intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals; explore and recommend growth strategies utilizing extensive data analytics processes; integrate customer data from multiple sources to develop reports and other information tools; provide necessary research and analysis to support strategic growth and retention initiatives; and create and update comprehensive customer models including, existing membership reporting, growth projections, forecast projections and data trends.

 

Location : Detroit, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Dental Surgery, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: None.

Other Requirements: Must have completed one (1) academic semester of coursework, research work, and/or internship that included use of all the following: data management, STATA, R Studio, MS Excel, Gantt Charts, statistical analysis, MS Visio, Google Data Studio, Canva, and Piktochart.
