Senior Vice President (SVP) Growth & Marketing
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a relevant advanced degree preferred.
- At least 15 years’ sales experience in health insurance, including managed care or financial services with a strong and progressive track record in leadership positions.
- At least 5 years’ experience with a multitude of product offerings and understanding how to drive the entire product life cycle from inception through market launch and beyond.
- Demonstrated strong financial acumen as well as the ability to create or revise operational plans in order to execute with a strong focus on results.
- Highly effective and demonstrated leadership to influence all aspects of sales and business development, team performance and interaction with community and its leaders.
- Consistent track record of year-over-year growth as well as meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Superior analytical and project management skills.
- Experience in and understanding of a highly diverse, urban marketplace.
- Experience in participating at the senior level in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong interpersonal business relations with employer groups, producers, consultants, unions and community leaders.
