EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
路 Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
路 Current enrollment in Master鈥檚 Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or other related field with completion within one-year of hire/transfer into role.
路 Master鈥檚 Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or other related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in leadership role of patient care unit or related department
路 Minimum two (2) years of experience in practice area
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路 Strong interpersonal skills that provide coaching and facilitation expertise
路 Excellent problem solving skills
路 Demonstrates innovative, creative leadership styles
路 Demonstrated project management experience
LICENSURES / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
路 Current licensure in the State of Michigan
