GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Digital Literacy Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering key components of the enterprise Digital and AI Literacy Program at Henry Ford Health. This role serves as a subject matter expert in digital and AI enablement, leading advanced training initiatives and driving consistency, quality, and innovation in program delivery. This position is critical to evolving enterprise literacy capabilities by translating business needs into targeted learning experiences that improve productivity, enhance decision making, and support responsible AI adoption.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design and develop role-based learning pathways and advanced training content across digital literacy, data interpretation, and AI-enabled workflows.  
  • Lead complex training sessions and workshops, including executive briefings, department-level enablement sessions, and enterprise rollouts.
  • Guide best practices for AI tool usage and responsible AI principles, ensuring effective application across workflows and business functions.
  • Establish and maintain standards for curriculum quality, instructional design, and delivery methods across the program. 
  • Partner with executive leadership, department heads, analytics teams, Digital Enablement Hub leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to assess literacy needs, prioritize focus areas, and gather feedback for program evolution. 
  • Foster a culture of learning and adoption by establishing and supporting Communities of Practice for digital and AI literacy, encouraging peer learning, use-case sharing, and collaboration. 
  • Curate and maintain a centralized repository of AI literacy resources, including training materials, recordings, job aids, FAQs, and best-practice examples. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Delivery Associates and program participants to deepen digital and AI literacy capabilities. 
  • Analyze program metrics and participant feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare, information systems, or related field required. Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in digital enablement, analytics, training, project/program management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise scale training or literacy programs.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching, facilitating, or training large and diverse audiences.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI enablement experience required.
  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) required.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills required.
  • Analytical thinking and data storytelling required.
  • Power BI, Power Platform, or analytics tool experience preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI and data platforms preferred.
