  • Bachelor's degree in business/accounting, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Related and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic requirements. Related experience is defined as four (4) years’ combined Purchasing, Asset Management, Finance and Budget experience with emphasis on Asset Management /procurement.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a combination of budget/finance, procurement, asset management, and software licensing management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to interact effectively with personnel at all levels of the corporation.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organization skills to complete required duties and responsibilities within committed time frames and ensure effective use of HAP resources
  • Perform independent analysis and research
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work with accuracy and attention to details
  • Collect, analyze and evaluate data
  • Perform software and hardware audits
  • Skilled with office products with an emphasis on excel.
  • Extensive knowledge of budget preparation and tracking


  • Professional certification(s) (PCSLM, SAM/HAM, CSAM, etc.) preferred; must be willing to obtain any required training or certifications.
