Director - Payment Integrity & Operations Support - Health Alliance Plan
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care or business or related field. Master’s degree in health care or business or related field preferred:
- Seven (7) years of administrative and leadership experience involving health care operations, and/or managed care operations is required.
- Knowledge of health care insurance industry operations, health care benefits and provider networks
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Experience strategies, strategic planning, principle and execution
- Demonstrated examples of project management success involving managed care operations, CRM knowledge/experience and continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and manage data and develop executive summary reports and conduct presentations
- Familiarity with CMS, State and DOL regulations as it pertains to the Appeals and Grievance process
- Strong interpersonal skills including coaching staff and handling conflict resolution, implementing initiatives or projects, and collaborating with other professional and non-clinical staff
- Demonstrated experience in documenting and implementing complex cross-functional processes
- Familiarity with organized labor groups preferred
- Call center operations knowledge/experience preferred
- Customer Experience improvement strategies preferred
- Agile Methodologies preferred
- Financial Analysis preferred
