Associate Project Manager/Scrum Master - Health Alliance Plan
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Computer Science with training in personal computing, and client server applications.
- Related and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic requirements. Related experience is defined as six (6) years of experience within IT, and/or Project Management.
Experience Required:
- Two (2) year’s project management experience in running large projects of a complex nature.
- Two (2) year’s agile experience as a scrum master.
- Three (3) years information systems experience in computer related areas such as application development and new product implementation.
- One (1) years’ experience in development of process and project methodologies.
- Additional experience in Agile, Scrum, Project Management, Risk Management, Customer Service, Project/Resource Planning, Metrics Reporting, Systems Design, and Application Development.
Experience Preferred:
- One (1) years of managed care/insurance related business
Certifications/Licensures Required:
- Firm commitment to pursue Scrum Master Certification within 2 years.

- All Project Management disciplines (Risk Management, Quality Management, Schedule Management, Financial Management, Vendor Management, Scope Management, Issue Management, and Resource Management).
- Understanding of various project methodologies.
