Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (On Call Rotations)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Analyst-Solution Developer is responsible f0r analyzing designated systems and provides system support and implementation including hardware, software and network components.
Responsibilities:
Oversees installations, configurations and upgrades of designated information systems.
Provides analysis regarding system performance, quality and operations.
Installs, upgrades and helps maintain all PC hardware and software for end users.
Captures functional requirements.
Provide assistance with technical design, prototypes, proof of concepts, and documentation.
Analyzes work flows and identifies appropriate use of information systems and software functionality.
Troubleshoots application problems including performance issues, downed systems, application failure, or problems accessing system resources.
Is able to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR
4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations
Experience with scripting languages to automate processes, generate reports, and manage data
Proficiency in AI and training data to create effective models
