Facilitator-Clinical Quality I/RN/Transplant (Full-Time/Days) Detroit, MI
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is required;
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan preferred.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience required with two years project management experience preferred.
- Experience in the delivering educational programs is an asset.
- Familiarity with system compliance routines gained from two or more years of experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of a formal clinical quality program with a preferable two years of exposure.
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent abilities in communication with all levels of authority, internally and externally.
- Database and Excel skills preferred.
